After managing the property as a rental for four years, it was time to sell. With the help of a friends we pulled up flooring in all rooms except the formal living room and installed engineered hardwood, upgraded fixtures and hardware, repainted all the walls and doors, landscaped the property, did extensive deck repairs, and made this sweet home sparkle!

I also coordinated siding repairs, exterior painting, and hot water tank replacement. I staged the property on a tight budget, primarily using owned materials.
